Mint & Zen is a UK property investment consultancy providing research, sourcing and acquisition support to private investors. We consider the fundamentals behind each opportunity — including local market dynamics, comparable values, rental demand, potential yield, location characteristics and relevant investment risks — to help clients make more informed acquisition decisions.
We work across selected UK residential and commercial markets and consider both on-market and off-market opportunities. Our sourcing process begins with the investor: understanding their objectives, budget, preferred strategy, risk considerations and longer-term goals before identifying suitable opportunities.
